2. ELIGIBILITY

3. TATTOO APPOINTMENTS AND FORMS

A. Booking and Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your tattoo appointment. We will inform you of the deposit amount and any related conditions at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

B. Rescheduling and Cancellation

  • Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of artist unavailability or emergencies. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or refund the deposit.

C. Required Information

  • When filling out our “Interested in working together?” or similar forms, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (Name, Email, Artist of choice, etc.).

  • You consent to our handling of any uploaded files (tattoo references, body photos) as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. MERCHANDISE SALES

A. Ordering

  • When you place an order through our site, you agree to provide accurate shipping and billing details. Payment is processed via secure third-party platforms.

B. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice but will honor any confirmed orders at the rate agreed upon at checkout.

C. Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
